Who is Modern Tarzan?
Nicholas Coolridge, or as most now call him “Tarzan“ is recognized worldwide as a movement artist and 4x US national finalist on the international TV series American Ninja Warrior.
With close to a million accumulated followers he continues to captivate the social media scene. He gets excited by creative ideas where he can use his superhuman-like strength and passion for the movements of acro yoga and parkour to create jaw-dropping art.
Now he is focusing his energy on guiding others to discover the importance of movement and staying in touch with your inner child. His transformational movement retreats, online courses, and a special project focused on life energy optimization are how he guides humans and says that this is what will bring the world back into balance.
He loves revealing people’s inner child by encouraging playful energy and spreading positive vibes through everything he does. His word of the year is “Thrive”

Once a year I lead a weeklong transformational movement retreat. We will tune into our bodies and rediscover our inner child through AcroYoga, Yoga, Handstands, Breath work, and more! It’s like summer camp for adults.
