This $1000 payment goes towards the total cost of the adventure for a shared house suite room.

You are encouraged to pay the remaining balance as soon as you can and note that you are required to pay the remaining balance by June 30th, 6 weeks before the adventure begins.

If you have not paid in full by that time then your spot will become open for someone else to fill.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel before June 30, 2026 then you will get everything you’ve paid minus the $600 deposit.

After June 30, 2026 we can provide a refund (minus the $600 deposit) only if you can find a replacement for your spot.

Exceptions made if:

1. There’s a natural disaster that prevents the retreat from happening.

2. There’s an alien invasion.

Then you will get a full refund including your deposit.
